No. There is no minimum order quantity.

Is there a set-up fee for logo or business name embroidery / screen printing?

Yes. Initial set up fee for embroidery is $77 inc GST. Please contact us for screen printing set up fees.

Do you keep set-ups for future use?

Yes, set-ups are stored for future use, so you can easily reorder.

Is there a cost savings if I order in larger quantities?

Yes. Cost per unit depends on logo size, number of colours & order quantity.

Do you provide name embroidery?

Yes we do! You can choose to personalise chef jackets and aprons for yourself or for the whole crew.

Is there a set-up fee for name embroidery?

No. There is no set-up fee for personal name embroidery.

How many fonts are available for name embroidery?

There are 20 fonts to choose from for embroidery.

Can I embroider / screen print on aprons? Can I personalise aprons?

Yes! Aprons are an ideal canvas for adding business names and logos. You can also personalise aprons with individual names in addition to logos or on their own.

Can I add embroidery / screen printing on chef jackets? Can I personalise my chef jacket?

Yes! Many businesses choose to embroider chef jackets with their branding. It is also popular to add names and titles, such as ‘executive chef’ as well.

Do you offer trade discounts on embroidery?

How long does it take to add embroidery?

We recommend that you allow 7-10 business days after approval of placement.

What colours are available? Can you match our existing branding colours?

There are 100s of colours to choose from. Yes, we can match existing brand colours when you provide our team with the pantone colour equivalent.

Can you embroider / screen print in multiple colours or only one colour?

You can embroider and screen print in multiple colours or just one colour, if in doubt contact us to discuss.

Can you help us with logo design or choosing colours?

Yes, we can provide graphic design services for an additional fee. Our team is happy to help you figure out just the right colour combination for maximum effect.
